This tiny hole in the wall place has the BEST burritos in town. Very generous portions and decent prices. You get what you pay for and the best staff. They are all very friendly!!

Rojas Mexican Food is absolutely amazing! Their burritos are huge, packed with flavor, and so delicious. I especially love their hot sauce—it has just the right amount of spice to complement every bite. They do get super busy during breakfast, and the line can be pretty long, so be prepared to wait. However, the incredible food and generous portions make it totally worth it every time. The flavors are authentic, the quality is consistent, and the staff works hard to keep things moving. If you haven’t tried Rojas yet, you’re missing out!

Place is really small and has flies but that doesn’t bother me. Food was delicious and that’s what really matters. Salsa tasted fresh and the tortillas tasted homemade. Will be back

The menudo is legit! It tastes like the version I’m most familiar with being from a border town, instead of the more Tex-Mex version you find here. I ordered a large and it made several meals. The ratio of meat to hominy is just right and the flavor is perfectly balanced. I also got a chicharron burrito which was just the right amount of spice. This is my favorite Mexican food place in Abilene.
